Jennifer Rouillard

Managing Director

I had the great fortune of being raised on a farm in Maine. On the farm, you learn how to work hard and be accountable for your actions. At the age of 14, I started working for a Bed & Breakfast. I started out as a chambermaid and worked my way up to Dining Room Manager. My years at the Inn taught me invaluable life lessons. I learned that you can have fun while performing any task, even cleaning a toilet. It is all about attitude.

Peter and I met, fell in love and started our lives together in Boston. We moved five times in the first ten years of our marriage. Our daughter Elizabeth was born in Atlanta and Nicholas was born in Cincinnati. All the relocating, house buying and new mortgages every couple of years really helped to prepare me for a new career in real estate.

I sold real estate for Coldwell Banker for five years and was a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and Circle of Excellence. This career afforded me a flexible schedule while raising children. It served a purpose, but was not my passion. Peter and I wanted our own business, but what kind of business?

Why recruiting of course! It has proven to be one of the best decisions that we have ever made. Helping companies grow and helping people have a better quality of life through career advancement is very satisfying work.
