Peter Rouillard co-founded Epic Search Partners, as a boutique affiliate of Management Recruiters with his wife, Jennifer in 2005. Peter leverages his twenty plus years of experience in sales and general management in Business Services and Online Marketing.
He formed Epic Search Partners with the goal of becoming the leading management recruiting firm in the Search Marketing industry. He prides himself on his ability to understand his client's business goals, cultural nuances and functional requirements and then delivering the best people to fit those needs. Having successfully built and managed several business units, Peter knows what it takes to drive revenue to a corporation's bottom line.
He resides in Chatham, NJ with wife and partner, Jennifer, along with their two children. He is an active member of the Chatham Fire Department.
