Jennifer Rouillard founded Epic Search Partners in 2005 with the goal of becoming the leading management recruiting firm in the Search Engine Marketing industry. She prides herself on having the ability to understand client's business goals, cultural nuances and functional requirements and then delivering the best people to fit those needs.

Peter Rouillard
Peter Rouillard co-founded Epic Search Partners, as a boutique affiliate of Management Recruiters in 2005. Peter has over twenty years of sales and business management experience in the Enterprise Content Management and Online Marketing industries.
Staciann Del Re
Staciann Del Re brings over 10 years of Marketing experience and knowledge to Epic Search Partners. Since 2009, Staciann has served as our Internet Researcher/Project Coordinator. Her prior Marketing experience has enabled her to identify candidates that are well qualified for all Search Engine Marketing positions. She is the in-house expert on internet research and is constantly scouring the internet for new industry insights.
