Jennifer Rouillard founded Epic Search Partners in 2005 with the goal of becoming the leading management recruiting firm in the Search Engine Marketing industry. She prides herself on having the ability to understand client's business goals, cultural nuances and functional requirements and then delivering the best people to fit those needs.

Beth Slutsky
Beth Slutsky's introduction to the Search Engine Marketing industry came in 2003 when she worked as an Assistant Account Manager at DigitalGrit, a full-service interactive marketing firm. There she worked closely with SEM Account Managers and Directors, Project Managers, SEO Managers and SEO Analysts. At DigitalGrit, she gained hands-on experience creating ad campaigns, managing budgets, utilizing analytic tools and participating in client meetings.
